The Opportunity
Join CSL’s dynamic Commercial team as a Commercial Contracts Assistant, reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing. You will support purchasing and contract administration processes across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. You’ll collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure smooth operational execution.

The Role

  • Raise and manage purchase requisitions for multiple commercial departments.
  • Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, compliance, and processing.
  • Confirm goods and services receipt and ensure closure of POs in SAP.
  • Track and resolve discrepancies in the GR/IR account.
  • Initiate companion entries for legal documents and manage DocuSign workflows.
  • Support internal teams with updates on purchasing and finance processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a commercial finance or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in SAP for purchasing and goods receipting.
  • Experience managing contract workflows using DocuSign or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
