This role actively participates in cross functional collaboration activities and supports the team as needed. The role reports to the Regional Finance Business Partner or Controlling Director. What You Will Do Oversee multiple small to mid-sized programs across SBU. Support Business Case activities from intake to SOP including, but not limited to: o Influencing quote and pricing scenarios. o Providing financial insights and advice to CAM to meet strategic goals. o Enforcing compliance to process, tools, and approvals. o Participating in comprehensive business case reviews with SBU controlling and CAM stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations. o Tracking and monitoring financial risks and opportunities. o Advanced scenario analysis. o Comprehensive documentation of inputs and changes. o Identify and communicate commercial levers and trade-offs. o Provide appropriate input to CAM for leadership reviews including GRO, VCOM, and Board of Directors. o Reconcile scope and contract with the quoted baseline and identify any variances. o Conduct variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and report on financial performance. Contribute to financial reviews with CAM Lead and CG Leads. Support customer claim activities, monitor and drive actions, and validate completeness. Support audit responses and compliance. Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives. Translate financial data into actionable business insights. Represent finance in cross-functional projects and strategic discussions. Serve as the contact for budget reviews, adherence to policy procedures, and implementation of quality control measures. Participate in cross functional collaboration activities. What You Need to Be Successful Basic knowledge of automotive RFI/RFQ processes. +3 years in project/business controlling, program management, or cost management. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Skilled in SAP, financial planning tools, financial modeling, and Excel. Fluency in English is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; business acumen and ability to influence teams.
