We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidates to commence a Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship! This position offers the opportunity to work under several highly qualified Chefs in a very fast paced industry.

You will be working full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery & upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be a qualified Chef. Total apprenticeship term: 3 years

· Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers, in accordance with our menu and recipes.
· Learn how to manage the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules.
· Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation.
· Work closely with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
· Learn to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
· Any other tasks requested by the host employer
