QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within service department;
  • Experience with relations in an international B2B market. Within the Food/Feed industry is a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and experience with JD Edwards/ERP system;
  • Pro-active, service-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English written and verbally is a must. Second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Coordinator within the Animal Nutrition BU. We are looking for a versatile colleague to support our day-to-day business operations. In this role you will be responsible for managing and processing all sales contracts, purchase orders and inventory related tasks. In addition, you will support the department with reporting and archiving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties of this position include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of contracts into JD Edwards;
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Purchase orders, both internal (ADM) as external (3rd party)
  • Make sure products are available in the system for invoicing by the CSR team.
  • Check and approve invoices for freight and warehousing.
  • Support commercial team in reporting and archiving.
  • Proactive communication and interaction with all departments and third parties. Escalate to manager whenever needed;
  • Act as backup for your direct and indirect colleagues in case of absence, illness and holiday.
