Make a difference as Commercial Coordinator In this role, you will support the order, demand, and replenishment processes across countries or export regions. Your key responsibilities include: Managing the order flow (commercial and samples) and coordinating with the customer (sometimes), customer service, sales, and supply teams. Preparing customer-specific documentation in combination with other teams. Enriching SKU data to support short-term forecasting and demand planning. Aligning with supply chain teams on virtual warehouse inventory and replenishment plans. Supporting seed/batch allocation and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Conducting simple data analysis to support sales decisions. Coordinating commercial agreements and preparing annual price lists. Your team and workplace You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales managers, sales representatives, planners, customer service, and legal. While you would not have direct reports, your role is central to coordinate the alignment with multiple teams. Occasionally, you may travel within the region to strengthen collaboration and customer understanding. What you bring as a future colleague Educational background in administration, economics, or logistics (MBO+ level). Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, planning tools). Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive and collaborative mindset. Cultural awareness, flexibility and adaptability. Communication skills. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting dots between teams, and takes ownership of processes. Your ability to communicate clearly and prioritize effectively will be key to your success.
