Commercial Control (include premix operation) Assist in commercial strategy implementation Drive sales & margin outlook and realization Track & trace compared to ASR/RAF/PY on Price/CM/GM/Volume Provide input for the performance dialogues with business management and business controlling, which includes external orientation Analysis on price consistency, rebates, bad debts, DSO and collections Order release after credit risk assessment Monitor and interpret the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX budgeting & forecasting and provide explanation to management Timely, complete, and correct managing and executing of the product costing processes Product costing/ raw material / cycle design & output consumption analysis Support in business cases, DICI transformation etc. Inventory and working capital management Functional Cost Reporting according to Crystal definitions to BGs and Service Units, Global Process Owners and DSM Group Control & Accounting Provides reports (include agreed KPIs) for sales and margin, purchase price variances, stock revaluation/results, efficiencies, OPEX, working capital and CAPEX Supports budgeting & forecasting of sales and operations, incl. Ensures that: inventory (volumes) in SAP are reconciled / checked with inventory counts and inventory values are up to date (provisions) Prepares consolidated CAPEX and project reporting Ensures sales data are complete and correct at month end (incl. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of month end closing and reporting activities Support budgeting and forecasting process include set up of allocation and distribution cycles and input of budget into SAP Responsible for solving issues escalated by FSS/PSS/Others regarding reconciliation GL and all sub ledgers (incl. Work with FSS, PSS and RFC to ensure services are delivered up to standard Support Transfer pricing officer Safe guarding the legal compliance in regard to contracts with Customers and suppliers Ensure adequate internal control in the finance function according to COA requirement and standard Acting as local contact for Finance. In some entities, acting as local contact for HR/IT/Legal in the absent of HR/IT/Legal personnel in the entities Support reconciliation with DAR reporting incl.
