SUMMARY

Join our commercial lending team as a Credit Analyst II, where you’ll support credit underwriting, portfolio management, and credit administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst with 2–5 years of commercial credit experience. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of loan types—including CRE, construction, and C&I—and play a key role in ensuring sound credit decisions, regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior analysts.

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

• 2–5 years of commercial credit, financial analysis, or lending experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficiency in spreading financials, reviewing tax returns, and assessing risk
• Familiarity with RMA, D&B Hoovers, and CoStar a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

• Underwrite moderate to complex commercial loan requests (CRE, construction, C&I)
• Complete renewals, annual reviews, and modifications with accurate risk ratings and mitigants
• Analyze borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and appraisals
• Prepare and present credit write-ups to lenders and committees
• Assist with appraisal bidding, vendor management, and credit reporting
• Mentor Credit Analyst I team members and support lending officers on borrower calls
