SUMMARY:

This role supports the commercial lending team through credit underwriting, portfolio management, and credit administration. Ideal for a detail-driven analyst with 2–5 years of commercial credit experience, this position offers exposure to a range of loan types—including CRE, construction, and C&I loans. The Credit Analyst II will play a critical role in supporting sound credit decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing training and guidance to junior analysts.

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• 2–5 years of commercial credit, financial analysis, or lending experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
• Proficient in spreading financials, tax return review, and risk assessment
• Familiarity with tools such as RMA, D&B Hoovers, and CoStar a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

• Underwrite moderate to complex commercial loan requests including CRE, construction, and C&I
• Complete renewals, annual reviews, and modifications with appropriate risk ratings and mitigants
• Analyze borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and appraisal reviews
• Prepare and present credit write-ups to lenders and committees
• Assist in appraisal bidding, vendor management, and credit reporting
• Mentor Credit Analyst I team members and support lending officers on borrower calls
