FUNCTION: Works proactively with loan officers to prepare independent comprehensive written presentations of the Bank’s existing and prospective business lending relationships. These relationships range from small business loans originated by branches to the largest business loans, and include C&I, CRE, and community development transactions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collects and maintains industry data; researches industry specific information from outside sources, online resources, industry publications, references from other banks, and credit agencies.
Customer Experience:
Works to deliver superior client service at all times.
Compliance and Control:
Assists in ensuring that the Bank complies with local, state and federal regulations.
General:
Interacts harmoniously and effectively with others, focusing upon the attainment of bank goals and objectives through a commitment to teamwork, especially between the underwriting and lending functions
