Independently review and assess business problems, leveraging extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices to evaluate potential risks in assigned portfolios. Identify emerging threats and implement mitigation strategies. Analyze and suggest improvements in credit risk processes for assigned portfolio based on in-depth analysis and industry best practices. Ensure the appropriateness and completeness of credit risk components, validating their usage trends. Manage risk through various means, including spreading of client business, financial statement analysis, recognizing potential client risk early, periodic financial statement reviews, tracking financial covenants, and monitoring borrowing base credit facility compliance. Communicate any potential risks to senior management, providing regular updates about the status of their Reviews. Ability to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material. Experience in maintaining quality and consistency standards in Fundamental Credit Risk documents. As a member of the Third Party Credit Risk Group (TPCRG), the position is a part of the Global Commercial Risk function within Business & International Risk (BIR).
