Our innovative technology and dedicated team have positioned us at the forefront of our market.   The role As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for organising and managing customer product adoption by developing a deep understanding of AoFrio’s products and services, as well as our customers’ processes, systems, and ways of working. Supporting customers across Australia and the Pacific, you will help them use our solutions, software, and data insights to support commercial transactions, improve performance, and unlock value from AoFrio products. You will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, driving progressive increases in solution usage while supporting commercial activities to achieve business growth. This includes leading and coordinating trials across the APAC region, delivering training, providing Level 1 technical support, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, continuous improvement, and long-term customer retention.    You will need: * 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, software, IoT, or electronics environments * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and trials * Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across diverse stakeholder groups * Experience supporting commercial activities, including proposals, agreements, and growth initiatives * Confidence delivering customer training and translating technical concepts into clear, practical outcomes * Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * Chinese language capability is desirable but not essential  Why AoFrio?
