Your Contribution Support our Commercial Finance team by managing and refining financial data, ensuring it’s accurate, reliable, and easy to access. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Maintain and update financial databases from internal and external sources Import, export, and update internal and external financial data in PowerBI. Manage and update various product and customer mapping tables Assist in the preparation of daily order reports, financial reports, refresh dashboards, and analyses for management. Support month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate data Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes and reporting efficiency. Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to implement best practices and automation initiatives. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance administrative role or similar Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. Deadline focused and well organised. Experience with an ERP system is an advantage (SAP, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
