Your responsibilities will include: Developing and distributing sales analytics and reporting to assist field sales and leadership in tracking key performance indicators Supporting the creation and maintenance of field sales organizational tools to monitor the overall health of the business Building and maintaining datasets to improve efficiency in analysis and reporting Assisting with the development of sales and operational tools to assess area, regional, customer, product, or seller trends Supporting process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market strategies Supporting the rollout and adoption of new technologies within the sales organization BS/BA in Business, Data Analytics, or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or data management Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, or Salesforce.com Einstein Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to travel up to 10% domestically Experience within the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment Knowledge of data modeling techniques and reporting best practices Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines Prior experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Sales Compensation, or Sales Enablement
