We are seeking an experienced Commercial Delivery Manager to support delivery teams across our South Australian contracts. This role provides commercial leadership, drives claim and variation strategies and acts as the key commercial interface with the client.
Reporting to the State Manager, and working alongside Project Managers and Engineers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring commercial outcomes are maximised and risks are mitigated.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and manage contract variations
  • Maintain variation register and status tracking
  • Prepare and submit Variation Price Requests
  • Lead pricing strategy for all new works and claims
  • Manage EOT and payment claims
  • Mitigate commercial exposure
  • Support dispute resolution processes
  • Act as primary commercial contact for major contracts
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations and escalations
  • Maintain commercial dashboards and monthly reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of contract law and contract administration (infrastructure focus)
  • High-level commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in variation, EOT, and claim management
  • Skilled in Payapps, Aconex, and Excel cost tools preferable
  • Proven ability to manage high-value contracts and risk exposure
