Responsibilities

Want to be part of a small team shaping the Island’s private healthcare service?
As Commercial Development Administration Officer within Manx Care, you’ll provide a full range of administration and maintenance support to Private Healthcare services and other Commercial Development functions.
In this varied role, you’ll manage the full patient journey, from first enquiry to invoicing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of private healthcare, helping to maintain accurate patient records, process insurance claims, and support the service’s income growth.
Working closely with colleagues across Manx Care and beyond, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements, ensuring private patients receive the highest standards of care and efficiency.
