Agilus is recruiting for a Commercial Development Officer in the Aviation Industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

Our client in the air transportation sector is seeking a motivated individual to support operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. A typical day:

• Oversee in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations
• Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations and deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and optimize revenue opportunities across commercial programs
• Support land development and permitting activities
• Maintain strong relationships with concessionaires and service partners
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards

Successful candidates will have:

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or property management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, operations, or client management
• Strong understanding of leases, licenses, and commercial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
• Must obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) within 6 months of hire. This is a unionized position

Total rewards:

• $49.13 hourly
• $49.13 per hour to start with an increase to $51.73 after 6 month probation
