As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, maximizing revenue growth, and ensuring long-term business success in this rapidly developing region. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team to achieve targets and KPIs Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and penetrate new markets Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and key account management Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives Manage budgets, forecast sales, and report on commercial performance to senior leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients Drive innovation in commercial practices to stay ahead of market changes and customer demands Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent leadership and team management capabilities Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Proficiency in business software and analytics tools Deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations International business experience, preferably in the Middle East Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing high-value contracts Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
