Abbott Diabetes Care Division is looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Leading product life cycle management, the development, creation and assessment of emerging market and new segment strategies as well as business models
- Anticipate changes in economic, competitive and market environments and provide appropriate strategic recommendations that maximize commercial objectives and enhance overall business process. Coordinate the Area Competitive Intelligence team
- Coordinate and manage the creation, development, testing and launch of E-commerce solutions across EMEAP
- Develop and roll-out commercial forecasting and assessment tools as part of the ongoing business planning cycles like LBE, IBP and LRP as well as for the evaluation of future business / product launch opportunities; identify, develop and provide insights on key performance and leading indicators to capitalize on opportunities and minimize risks
- Design selling strategy and targeting approach (resource allocation, sales force size, geographic deployment, promotional grid, reach & frequency, etc) for new product introductions and existing products ensuring alignment with ADC’s marketing strategy and portfolio positioning.
- Develop and roll-out sales and business excellence programs
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness, lead the Sales Impact Team (SIT) group composed by the different Sales directors of the region, maximize the commercial execution
- Define and provide training, programs and tools on product and diabetes-related knowledge as well as on new skill sets and competencies with focus on Sales Force development
- Act as a consultant to Regional/Local Sales Directors, General Managers, and DVP on appropriate commercial strategies
- Full budgetary responsibility for designated budgets, managing and tracking investments with KPIs aligned with top and bottom line goals
