As Commercial Director within a new business area for FOSS, you will help create and lead the strategy and framework for future sales. We’re seeking a motivated, structured and sales driven business leader who wants to be a key driver in our future sales development. YOU WILL HELP SET THE STRATEGY AND CREATE THE FRAMEWORK FOR OUR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN A NEW BUSINESS SEGMENT

We are looking for a Commercial Director for a new business segment within FOSS Analytical, responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy that will enable us to reach our global sales targets.

The focus of this position is to develop and manage the global and regional commercial go-to-market structure for our new business segment. The job involves that you identify the sales channels needed, the structure required, marketing support required, budgetary requirements etc., and then design and implement the timelines and structure necessary to achieve and maintain those goals that will enable us to achieve our sales targets within this segment, for each market. In practice, this means you will be:

  • Overall responsible for the commercial framework , strategy and structure we will utilize in each market in this new business segment
  • Overall responsible for achieving the global sales numbers and relevant KPIs in this area
  • The figurehead and focal point for all commercial activities within this new business area with FOSS, able to communicate the vision and the mission across the organization and to all relevant stakeholders and ensuring it is successfully anchored within and across the wider organization.
  • Create sales strategies for each account and manage territory plans including measurable goals, dollars by product line, and timetable for actions.
  • Responsible for identifying new business areas for sustained growth
Responsibilities
  • At least 7-10 years of global sales management experience with a commercially relevant education
  • Documented experience of developing new sales structures and go-to-market strategies in different global markets
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in English mixed with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with and communicate with all stakeholders, both internal and externa
