POSITION SUMMARY:

The “Commercial Director” leads regional sales and marketing efforts to strengthen customer relationships, drive growth, and align with global objectives. This role manages the Sales and Customer Service teams, oversees key customer and distributor relationships, and ensures commercial strategies are data-driven and market-aligned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in Automotive, Defense, Aerospace sectors.
  • Background in new product launches and customer quality programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

    Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
