POSITION

We are looking for a Commercial Director Insurtech (all genders) based in Sydney. The role will oversee and drive the strategic commercial activities of our Insurtech business, playing a key role in scaling revenue, expanding market share, and managing customer relationships. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, optimize pricing, and accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales results within the Insurtech sector in a SaaS environment. With a customer centric mindset, the individual will have the ability to identify and deliver value for our insurance customers. The role requires a balance of leadership, market insight, and analytical skills to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
The position will report directly to the Global CEO Insurtech and will support the expansion of the Global HRS Insurtech business.
