This executive position will be key in defining and executing the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, multinational, and constantly evolving environment. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Define and implement the company’s commercial strategy in line with global objectives. Lead and manage national sales teams, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand SIXT’s market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing department to strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial growth. Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability. YOUR SKILLS MATTER University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be valued. Over 8 years of solid experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development roles within multinational environments. Proven leadership ability in managing and developing multicultural and cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic influence skills. Track record in developing and implementing growth-oriented commercial strategies. Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
