BASE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as retail, catering, hospitality, or industrial systems
  • Proven track record in winning new business and closing complex, high-value deals independently
  • Strong business development mindset and structured outbound sales approach
  • Experience working with both centralized enterprise buyers and decentralized customer networks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including C-level engagement
  • Hands-on, self-directed, and commercially sharp execution style
  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
Responsibilities

As Commercial Director, you are responsible for building and closing our customer pipeline in key industries including and not limited to retail, contract catering, and hospitality.
You take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to deal negotiation and signing. You will also drive market development by identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations, and expanding our network across industry verticals and sales channels.
You work closely with our VP Commercial, C-Level and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing.
