The main responsibility for this role is leading the commercial team, manage business development and expansion, foster partnerships, and ensure the company’s products and services meet market demands. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve Mazeed’s growth and expansion goals. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams. Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, including sales, business development, and partnerships. Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships to drive business growth and enhance Mazeed’s market presence. Performance Metrics: Define and track key commercial KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Customer Insights: Understand customer needs and market trends to refine Mazeed’s offerings and go-to-market strategies.
