Commercial Director Plus Promotion Sales - A Smollan Company Permanent, Full Time Salary: €90,000 - €115,000 per annum + bonus + car Location: Vienna (Engelsberggasse 5, 1030 Wien, Austria) We are scaling up our market presence in Austria and the wider DACH regions and are seeking a visionary Commercial Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and be the driving force behind this expansion. If you are a high-impact leader ready to fully own an established €12.5M+ business and lead it into its next phase of exponential growth—this is your mandate. A member of the Smollan Group, Plus Promotion Sales is a preferred, one-stop-shop for outsourced retail and brand activation. We deploy experienced sales executives and promoters to execute tailored campaigns—from sampling and promotions to experiential events—that drive customer contact, brand awareness, and sales. Your role: Define and Execute the ambitious commercial strategy for sustained, profitable growth across the DACH market Assume full P&L ownership of the €12.5M+ business unit, ensuring operational efficiency and margin targets are met Cultivate and Elevate relationships with key Global FMCG and Retail accounts to secure long-term partnerships Mentor, Develop, and Empower the commercial leadership team plus lead the operational business Serve as the primary market ambassador for Plus Promotion Sales, driving high-level new business negotiations and market positioning Hold a seat on the Plus Promotion Sales Board, contributing to overall corporate strategy and governance.
