SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Expertise in marine coatings and protective coatings.
• Strong understanding of product development, market trends, and customer needs in the coatings sector.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business development efforts.
• Expertise in managing key accounts, particularly in industries such as marine, offshore oil & gas, petrochemicals, and power.
• Solid experience in project management, including complex sales cycles and large-scale projects.

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Fluentin English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is must, with a preference for Chemical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 15-20 years of SEA region experience in the paint industry, with a strong focus on marine and protective coatings.
• Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles within the paint/coatings industry.
• Experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth across multiple regions preferably in SEA
