Your Impact At AirTrunk, community partnership is central to how we build and operate world‑class digital infrastructure. As Community Director, you’ll help shape meaningful, long‑term relationships with the communities where we operate across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Based at our Singapore HQ and reporting to the Associate Vice President of Social Impact and Community, you’ll lead community engagement strategies that support major infrastructure projects while delivering positive social impact. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including local governments, community groups, customers, utilities and suppliers, to build trust, alignment and shared outcomes. What you’ll do Develop and deliver proactive community engagement plans informed by research, stakeholder mapping and community insights Support project development through consultation, outreach, communications and community forums Act as a central point of contact for community stakeholders across development, construction and operations Partner with internal teams to communicate community strategy, initiatives and impact Design and manage feedback mechanisms to continuously strengthen community outcomes What you’ll bring A relevant bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience in community engagement, project development, sustainability or social impact Experience supporting major infrastructure projects within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments Strong APAC exposure, with experience in Malaysia or Japan highly regarded Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly across diverse audiences The AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
