Position Summary We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy and sales operations of Square One. The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of experience in real estate sales or development, with a strong track record in team leadership, sales performance management, and revenue growth. The Commercial Director will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling our sales organization, setting ambitious KPIs, ensuring the team meets performance goals, and driving commercial success across all Square One developments in Cyprus and abroad. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall commercial and sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business plan. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring performance accountability. Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to build a high-performing, client-centric team. Define and track KPIs and sales metrics to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin goals. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates. Oversee pricing strategy, negotiation frameworks, and deal structures to maximize profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agents, and investors. Coordinate with the finance and development teams to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and project delivery timelines. Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to senior management. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to inform strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 7–8 years of progressive experience in real estate sales or commercial leadership. Proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales teams in a fast-growing environment. Strong understanding of property market dynamics, investment sales, and pricing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset. Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage.
