WORKING WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL DISPUTES TEAM

Due to continued strategic growth and high client demand we are looking for an experienced commercial litigator to join our highly regarded Tier 1 ranked Disputes team in Cardiff. The work we handle is complex, diverse and demanding and concerns all aspects of commercial litigation. Our clients are generally based across the UK and internationally. We have offices in Cardiff and London. We work flexibly and team members work from home and/or from either of our offices.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Lawyer who combines good academic credentials with sound practical experience and strong interpersonal skills and brings a wealth of general commercial litigation experience.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

• play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships
• supervise and support the development of junior lawyers
• work effectively under pressure to tackle tough decisions and present innovative ways to help clients
• adhere to internal procedures and systems of Capital including file / case management, time recording, WIP management
• keep up to date with law and practice as part of continuing professional development (CPD)
• maintain high standards of professional conduct while generating required practice income
