Additional Skills (Additional Preferences) :
Monitors proposals content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, andtechnical specifications.
➢ Receives, issues, logs, and updates all project related documentation (Tender Documents, StatutoryDocs, Drawings, Specs., Data Sheets, etc.)
➢ Ensures proper distribution of all the incoming & outgoing correspondences.
➢ Prepares memos & emails as per instructions of the managers//directors.
➢ Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks that might be assigned from time to time
➢ Coordinates all Document Control procedure & activities, including technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondences with the client, project management consultants, and contractor &subcontractors
➢ Inputs document data into the project-based control registers, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
➢ Generates various document control reports to monitor, track and report progress of submitted/reviewed documents
➢ Arranges for project meetings and availability of meeting rooms as required
➢ Manages electronic & hard copy filing of project technical documentation
➢ Distributes all correspondences including client comments on received submittals, ensuring destination accuracy, to avoid action delays
➢ Discerns proper redistribution destinations based on client comments (Ex.: Electrical / Architectural/etc.)
➢ Ensures all electronic & hard copy distribution of controlled documents to focal points, while filing in designated folders
➢ Files & archives documents to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date
➢ Maintains and registers incoming & outgoing project documents
➢ Types letters, memos, and quotations
➢ Follows up on submitted quotes, and update the quotation monitoring system
