Location: Terre Haute IN, Clarksville TN, Danville IL, Evansville IN, Bowling Green KY, Chattanooga TN, or Olney IL (On-Site)

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare Loan Documents: Work closely with loan officers to generate accurate and compliant commercial loan documents.
  • Review for Accuracy: Double-check loan packages to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and error-free.
  • Maintain Compliance: Follow banking regulations and company policies to mitigate risk and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support Loan Officers: Assist with administrative tasks related to loan documentation and approvals.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work with various departments to resolve documentation issues and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior banking experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending and leasing procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including email and voicemail etiquette.
  • Credit administration knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a sitting position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
