We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base and drive new project opportunities. This role is ideal for a salesperson who already understands the commercial electrical industry, including lighting retrofits, electrical service work, and facility electrical upgrades. If you have strong industry relationships and know how to identify electrical project opportunities, we want to talk with you. ________________________________________ What You'll Be Selling Commercial LED lighting retrofit projects Electrical service work for commercial facilities Exterior lighting upgrades and pole lighting Interior lighting conversions Electrical maintenance services Multi-location commercial electrical projects Our clients include: National retail chains Commercial property management groups Industrial facilities Multi-site commercial operators Large facility maintenance departments ________________________________________ What You'll Be Responsible For Generating new business opportunities within the commercial electrical market Building relationships with facility managers, property managers, and commercial clients Identifying lighting retrofit and electrical service opportunities Conducting site visits and evaluating electrical needs Preparing project proposals and scopes of work Presenting solutions and closing electrical service and retrofit projects Working with project managers and operations to ensure successful project delivery Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities Requirements What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial electrical industry sales experience Experience selling electrical contracting services or lighting retrofit projects Strong knowledge of commercial lighting systems and electrical service work Proven ability to generate and close commercial electrical projects Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently ________________________________________ Preferred Experience Background working for an electrical contractor or lighting retrofit company Experience selling LED retrofit or energy efficiency projects Existing relationships with facility managers or commercial property managers Knowledge of commercial electrical infrastructure and lighting applications Compensation Competitive compensation structure designed for high performers.
