Organization, coordination and handling of international sea freight shipments.
Preparation of forwarding orders, waybills and shipping and accompanying documents.
Handling customer complaints, for example in case of transport damage or delivery delays.
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and external logistics service providers.
Contributing to the optimization of existing shipping processes.
Monitoring the timely delivery of spare parts.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist.
Experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding is desirable.
Knowledge in the area of dangerous goods is an advantage.
Proficient use of common MS Office applications.
Experience in handling TMS and ERP systems.
