Intertek Food Services GmbH operates two ISO 17025 accredited laboratories in Germany, specializing in food and feed analysis. At our testing laboratory in Bremen, we examine the quality, safety, and authenticity of a wide variety of everyday consumer products on a daily basis.

To strengthen our team at our main location in Bremen, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d/x) to start immediately .

Your tasks

• Administrative processing and coordination of services within the international network, such as audit projects, declaration reviews, etc.
• Handling customer inquiries and communicating with customers
• Scheduling, deadline monitoring, follow-up, procurement of external services
• Commercial order processing from quotation to invoice
• Representation in the purchasing of goods and services
• General administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Proficient use of common computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional foreign languages ​​are an advantage.
• Independent, meticulous and reliable work ethic
• Strong process and customer orientation for optimization and goal achievement
• Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
