As a Commercial Employee Technical Service International at Körber, you play a key role in maintaining and developing our important global customer relationships. You ensure that materials and service technicians are available on time for global deployment. You support international customers and provide excellent customer service. You manage service orders commercially – from quotation preparation to planning and coordination of deployments, through to final invoicing and receivables management. You collaborate closely with various internal departments to meet customer needs and build long-term successful partnerships What You Bring: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with experience in international sales processing, customer service, or service departments. Service- and goal-oriented work style, responsibility, and enjoyment in customer contact. Good English skills and business-fluent German. Confident handling of Incoterms, payment terms, and travel portals. Commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and loyalty – naturally for you.
