We’re looking for a strategic enablement professional who can provide comprehensive support to Sales and Strategic Account teams. As our Commercial Enablement Manager, you’ll identify training needs, coordinate cross-departmental information flow, and oversee projects that drive commercial colleague success.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
Build enablement expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge across Personify Health products, services, partnerships, and processes relevant to Commercial organization success.
Design training excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including presentations, knowledgebase resources, online modules, documentation, and competency assessments.
Facilitate collaboration: Coordinate communication among Marketing, Product Development, and internal departments to provide updates on enhancements and innovations.
Manage projects: Execute projects with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.
Provide regular updates: Communicate existing and new products or processes to Commercial Teams through meetings and comprehensive documentation.
Assess and improve: Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and integrate market perspectives into client needs reviews and process adjustments.
