Responsibilities

✓ Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product Development, and subject matter experts to ensure current, effective materials
✓ Project leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects within scope and budget
✓ Continuous improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust processes to meet evolving client and market needs

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Build enablement expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge across Personify Health products, services, partnerships, and processes relevant to Commercial organization success.
Design training excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including presentations, knowledgebase resources, online modules, documentation, and competency assessments.
Facilitate collaboration: Coordinate communication among Marketing, Product Development, and internal departments to provide updates on enhancements and innovations.
Manage projects: Execute projects with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.
Provide regular updates: Communicate existing and new products or processes to Commercial Teams through meetings and comprehensive documentation.
Assess and improve: Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and integrate market perspectives into client needs reviews and process adjustments.
