This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Enablement Specialist in United States. This role is a key contributor to the Commercial Enablement team, driving strategic insight and innovative approaches to onboarding, training, and technology adoption across commercial functions. You will design and deliver role-based learning, assess performance metrics, and track adoption of enterprise tools to maximize efficiency and pipeline growth. Operating in a collaborative environment, you will synthesize data into actionable insights, create leadership-ready reports, and continuously optimize enablement programs. This position requires both analytical rigor and creative problem solving, as you identify gaps, implement solutions, and measure impact on commercial performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that enablement programs align with business objectives. The role offers a balance of independence and collaboration, allowing you to directly influence commercial effectiveness and organizational growth. \n Accountabilities: Design and deliver role-based onboarding, skills assessments, and certification programs for commercial teams. Establish success criteria and performance metrics for onboarding, including 30, 60, 90, and 180-day measurements. Monitor technology adoption trends, linking tool usage to productivity, pipeline growth, and ROI. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to communicate enablement impact and insights to leadership. Identify gaps in content, processes, or technology adoption and recommend improvements. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback. Document processes, reporting standards, and metrics definitions to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3–6 years of experience in Commercial/Revenue/Sales Enablement, Business Operations, or Analytics. Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership reporting. Proven ability to analyze adoption and utilization of enterprise technology platforms (CRM, enablement, learning, or sales tools). Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams. Preferred: knowledge of commercial functions (sales, account management, customer success, marketing) and commercial tech tools (CRM, enablement, LMS, analytics).
