We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Success Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen engagement with our customers throughout the commercial lifecycle. In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize how we communicate value, accelerate lead generation and deal volumes, with a focus on revenue growth and retention.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales enablement, customer engagement, commercial operations, Go-to-Market or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience driving commercial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and customer engagement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute commercial engagement strategies that support sales pipeline development, deal acceleration, and customer Klipboard portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create tailored campaigns, product sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks for key customer segments.
  • Partner with Sales/Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell efforts through targeted outreach and content.
  • Use CRM and engagement platforms to build and automate customer journey touchpoints (email sequences, QBR content, win-back/ nurture campaigns) alongside sales enablement.
  • Build an internal engagement program for Klipboard showcasing the X-Sell portfolio to educate and inspire supporting knowledge transfer.
  • Lead commercial engagement programs for key accounts, user groups, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Analyse engagement metrics (conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, customer health) and continuously improve tactics based on performance.
  • Serve as a bridge between commercial teams and product/marketing to ensure customer needs are reflected in go-to-market strategies.
