We’re looking for a Commercial Equipment Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role goes beyond administration - you’ll play a key part in advising customers, learning the technical side of our equipment portfolio, and confidently engaging with both internal stakeholders and key external clients.

· Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
· Develop a working technical knowledge of our equipment to confidently advise customers and internal teams.
· Liaise directly with key stakeholders including suppliers, manufacturers, engineers, and senior client contacts.
· Prepare accurate quotes for ad hoc works, factoring in technical requirements and client needs.
· Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries and projects.
· Generate reports on sales, orders, and customer interactions to support strategic decision-making.
