We're looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of commercial title and escrow experts. We're currently searching for an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for our office in Anderson, Indiana office. Responsibilities and Duties Include: Expert knowledge of and adherence to the commercial title and escrow transaction processes. Next-level customer service and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external commercial clients Manage of all aspects of the commercial closing process. Efficiently and expediently resolve any commercial title issues that arise. Experience directly handling commercial escrow transactions. High School Diploma or GED required. Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state. Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
