About The Role ARC is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our team at the Hemmant branch. You will collaborate with several internal teams to provide ongoing support to customers through the preparation of estimates and delivery of customer’s project requirements. Your key duties will include: Communicating effectively to provide excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external Liaising with offshore teams to ensure estimates and small projects are completed on time and to standard. Utilize steel reinforcement experience to accurately estimate project costs from Plans or Bills Set up and manage contract jobs for account managers in collaboration with the Qld Sales Admin team Providing accurate data to internal stakeholders Manage customers programs and the operations teams to deliver customer outcomes Manage your time effectively between multiple projects of varying sizes Keep and maintain an accurate register for tracking outsourced work Prepare, coordinate & manage bespoke items from third-party vendors Uphold WH&S requirements of ARC Proactively identify risks and offer appropriate solutions Our ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-centric team player with prior experience in estimating or scheduling. We would love to speak to candidates with the following: Previous estimating experience, preferably in the manufacturing/ building industry A Customer Service background and great communication skills Attention to detail and process driven Reinforcing steel experience will be looked upon favourably Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings Knowledge of the Building Industry and construction practices or experience in the building industry preferable Microsoft Office & CRM system experience ideal Filipino language skills are ideal but not essential Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
