JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our Commercial Department. This role is vital to ensuring a steady pipeline of profitable work that keeps the department operating at or above capacity—helping us maintain team stability. The ideal candidate will proactively pursue project opportunities, prepare accurate and competitive bids, and build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. A strong understanding of commercial practices and the ability to interpret and leverage internal data is essential for success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience in estimating within the commercial industry.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in digital takeoff and estimating software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with internal data platforms (e.g., VP) is a plus.
