Integrated Marketing, Sales Enablement, Awareness, Demand Generation. Develop an Integrated Go-To-Market Events and Promotions strategy Support brand strategy and ensure integrated Ford Pro brand and five vertical messaging alignment across marketing touch points Work with key Marketing agencies to develop and execute events and promotional programs - Ensure the management of event details, logistics, planning, budgeting and measurement Develop and execute a strategic integrated marketing events/promotions calendar Develop and manage Ford Pro merchandising efforts. Specifically, inventory, distribution forecasting and budgeting of Ford Pro merchandise Development and management of the Ford Pro Mobile Road Show program Working closely with internal Integrated Marketing, Product, Sales and Training leads to ensure strategic alignment and communication associated with this roles core deliverables Partner with product/service/ solutions owners within Ford Pro to develop marketing communications strategies and campaigns Understand the competitive landscape to develop clear value proposition for Ford Pro to win, prior to developing materials Ensure alignment with key internal dealer leads as it relates to product focus, messaging alignment and promotional activity Executive communication specific to Ford Pro events and partnership programs Develop and manage an events and promotions measurement and evaluation platform/process, enabling an analytical ROI view of these efforts. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications leadership roles Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies. Experience developing, leading, and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies and plans Experience developing and managing promotional programs Experience with Dealer communications Experience with merchandising management
