Description
Act as support in medium and small projects focused on implementation of digital tools and technology solutions to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. This includes Forecasting tool, Sales Force systems, Pricing tools and analytics platforms ensuring coordination between functions Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, sales, market share, and other commercial metrics. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, demand planning, and inventory optimization strategies to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute tailored commercial strategies for each GEM market, aligning with the goals of the product portfolio, pricing strategies, marginality and deal analysis. Engage in cross-functional meetings and workshops, contributing valuable insights and playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the GEM team, proactively identify trends and recommend adjustments to the business approach as needed. Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to regional sales teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategies for enhancing sales performance and increasing market share. Utilize data analysis and market intelligence to assess market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics. Translate findings into actionable insights to optimize market penetration and revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to GEM markets is a plus. Proficient analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Power Point etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures. Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Financial, business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Prior experience or familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is advantageous. Willingness to travel occasionally to GEM markets for on-site collaboration and support.
