Responsibilities: l Develop, implement, and continuously improve channel management standard operating procedures (SOPs), including partner selection, stock count, pricing strategies, rebate policies, and performance monitoring mechanisms etc. l Monitor channel risks, inventory levels, and policy execution, providing periodic analysis reports and actionable recommendations for improvement. l Analyze the effectiveness of existing channel structures and work with BU teams to develop and optimize channel strategies. l Collaborate with BU Commercial Management to enhance channel management processes. l Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to all channel-related agreements, policies, and SOPs. l Initiate and lead channel projects to enhance channel capabilities, leveraging various resources to facilitate channel transformation. l Ensure distributor operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. l Utilize channel intelligence analysis and KPI tracking to influence business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. l Lead or support other commercial excellence related initiatives (eg, SFE, Marketing excellence, etc) based on BU priorities Qualifications: l Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in channel management, sales operations, or commercial excellence within the Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry l Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred l Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in PowerBI is highly desirable l Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively l Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment Reasonable Accommodation Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
