Role reports to: Commercial Excellence Manager MYSG Location: Asia Pacific, Malaysia, Selangor, Petaling Jaya Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Key Responsibilities Manage current and design new commercial data models, while improving the quality of samples Maintain and improve commercial performance analysis and deliver visualizations to unlock insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing commercial strategies in customer and brand Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects and customer & brand performance analysis to deliver recommendations Provide insights into sales force effectiveness and performance factors to management Utilize business systems to gather key information on sales data Managing business intelligence tools in collaboration with SFE (TPM, DMS, SFA, BI) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, commercial/ data analytics, or strategy analysis Sales Management Experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageous Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Proven technical skills in Excel at an expert level and certified Experience in Power BI and SQL will be advantageous Experience in data analysis and process automation Commercial mindset with financial acumen and attention to detail Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independently Ability to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions Curious mindset and desire to grow in the role If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
