As a Fortive Business System Leader for the Fluke International Markets, you will be a force multiplier working to drive results in International Markets by accelerating the adoption of FBS culture and way of working. You will help guide our teams within the business in addressing significant business challenges and opportunities through the application of problem solving, sustainable improvements, and growth activities. You will accelerate the growth and continuous improvement by facilitating our talent in becoming FBS champions and executing and sustaining successful kaizens. Primary Responsibilities As and FBS leader, you will drive growth and continuous improvement across international markets building FBS capability and fostering a culture of growth and commercial. You will be responsible for driving commercial efficiency, effectiveness, and performance excellence. Your role will focus on facilitating kaizens events, developing champions, strengthening daily management practices, and supporting structured problem solving. You won’t “own the number,” but you will shape how the number is achieved: through better tools, clearer insights, stronger operating rhythms, and continuous performance improvement Key responsibilities include: Champion Development: Build capability in International Markets through training, coaching, and mentoring. Lead structured problem-solving, develop Kaizen charters, and facilitate impactful events to accelerate growth and improvement. Culture Building: Promote and embed the FBS culture within international teams by facilitating regular Kaizen events, delivering training, and providing proactive business support. Continuously assess processes to identify improvement opportunities. Kaizen Funnel Management: Drive the development, preparation, execution, and reporting of the International Markets Kaizen Funnel. Monitor results, sustainment activities, and champion progression. Policy Deployment: Support the execution of Policy Deployment across EMEA to align priorities and deliver strategic objectives. Daily Management: Conduct audits, provide coaching and actionable feedback to enhance quality and business impact. Project Facilitation: Lead and support integration projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful outcomes Characteristics: Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture. Skilled at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps. Strong bias for action and a passion for delivering results. Highly competent in project management and prioritization. Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as supply chain, engineering, business, etc.) 1 - 3 years of continuous improvement and/or leadership in a lean environment or commercial environment. Proven track record in Lean, Kaizen, growth initiatives, and project management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results. Passionate about continuous improvement, teaching and coaching. Strong problem-solving mindset with a drive to make processes more efficient. Fluent in English plus additional languages.
