We are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager (x|f|m) for the Commercial Excellence Team in BPS division based in Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you play a key role in driving commercial excellence by defining global frameworks and providing guidance to sales teams when implementing customer specific commercial initiatives, driving strategic projects and engaging in customer negotiations with objective to increase order intake, optimize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You are responsible for supporting regional and strategic accounts by leveraging data-based insights, tools and market trends to achieve strategic objectives. Your role also contributes to the digital transformation of commercial processes and the adoption of tools within our sales organization.
