Tigre USA Inc operates in two facilities, a production and a distribution site.     Job Summary Support and facilitate key project design and implementation across South and North American units, focusing on executing the commercial strategy. The role aims to identify, propose, and implement best practices, processes, and tools related to each business’s Go-To-Market strategy, the standardization of Tigre’s Sales Methodology, Commercial Policy, and commercial planning and execution processes. Key Responsibilities * * Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for each business, focusing on pillars such as Foundation, Customer Vision, Segmentation, Value Proposition, and Service Model, ensuring Tigre’s framework is applied. * Develop and implement Tigre’s Sales Methodology, standardizing sales force training and execution, and cascading it through trained leaders. * Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and business units to define and standardize Tigre’s sales model, support tools, and establish monitoring and control processes. * Adapt sales rituals locally by working with commercial teams to create standard procedures aligned with business needs and local culture. * Understand and review commercial policies of each unit in alignment with corporate policy, analyzing pricing practices, benefit policies, and Go-To-Market models. * Lead projects indirectly within the area, guiding units and commercial managers collaboratively to transform and standardize processes and monitor their execution over time. * Create and monitor sales management models using indicators applicable across different organizational levels. This includes understanding market dynamics, identifying business needs, and structuring data from systems to ensure daily visibility of sales performance and enable more assertive decision-making.
