This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be providing operational support mainly to the Commercial Team, ensuring high quality services enabling reliability in customer and broker solution in order to secure profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & client meeting preparation : - Collecting underwriting information for the preparation of the offers - Giving support on the preparation for commercial approval - Assembling of proposal accompanying documents, presentations, offers, records At acquisition of the client, performing data quality check on internal forms prior to processing, liaising with the Policy Management Team and coordinating workflow to secure timely execution and data quality issues. Processing requests to proper recipients Providing support to Business Development Manager on sales administration (ie. follow-up on sales initiatives and campaigns, ensuring quality and reliability etc) Providing occasional support to Account Management Team ( ie follow-up on broker or client enquiries etc) Key Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years in corporate Account / Relationship Management Past experience within Trade Finance / Trade Credit Insurance is a plus Meticulous and willing to learn attitude in a fast paced environment Advanced ability to communicate well via all mediums and at all levels of an organisation within a multicultural setting Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
